We're working with a prestigious residential developer on an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join their on-site team at a flagship development in Southall.
The Role
This is a people-first position. You'll be the friendly, professional face that new residents turn to when they have questions, concerns, or need support settling into their new home. Working alongside the Customer Service Manager, you'll manage relationships from legal completion through to the end of the warranty period - logging defect requests, coordinating with contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring every resident feels heard and looked after.
No background in property or construction is required. What matters is that delivering outstanding service comes naturally to you.
Who We're Looking For
You might come from luxury retail, premium hospitality, concierge services, or any environment where the client experience is everything. You're well-presented, empathetic, and confident handling difficult conversations with grace. You take pride in going the extra mile - and it shows.
You'll also be organised, comfortable with digital systems (full training provided), and genuinely enjoy building relationships with people.
