Shared Ownership Sales Executive (Resales & Staircasing)

We're partnering with a well-established South London Housing Association looking for an experienced Shared Ownership specialist to take ownership of an active and well-established resales and staircasing pipeline.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you'll manage shared ownership transactions from initial enquiry through to legal completion, working across both resales and staircasing cases.
It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of sales progression, takes pride in seeing transactions through properly, and wants autonomy over their own workload within a supportive and structured environment.
The Role
- Take ownership of Shared Ownership resales and staircasing cases end-to-end
- Progress transactions from enquiry through to completion, ensuring smooth movement at every stage
- Liaise with solicitors, leaseholders, lenders, valuers, and internal teams
- Manage an active and consistent pipeline of live transactions
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong communication throughout the process
- Support occasional listings and viewings where required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Shared Ownership resales and/or staircasing (essential)
- Strong understanding of sales progression and/or conveyancing processes
- Confident managing transactions independently from start to finish
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with autonomy over your workload
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders effectively
What's on Offer
- £36,000 - £41,000 salary (depending on experience)
