Resident Associate | London | Fixed Term Contract

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading build-to-rent client for a Resident Associate to join their front-of-house team at their flagship Wembley Park development.

This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of the resident experience - ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, retail, student accommodation or residential property.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Supporting residents from move-in through to move-out
✅ Resolving resident issues and managing cases within agreed SLAs
✅ Carrying out daily building inspections and apartment checks
✅ Coordinating contractor and third-party access
✅ Supporting the resident events and social activities programme
✅ Driving ancillary revenue (storage, lounge hire etc.)
✅ Ensuring H&S compliance and statutory checks

What we're looking for:
🔹 Strong customer-facing experience - hospitality, retail, student accommodation or BTR ideal
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 IT literate with CRM and Excel experience
🔹 Organised, proactive and comfortable working both in a team and independently
🔹 ARLA/AIRPM qualified is a bonus, but not essential

Hours are 37.5 per week, five days across Monday-Sunday, with shift times rotating between 8am and 8pm.
