Leasing Associate | Wembley Park, London | Fixed Term Contract

We're working on behalf of a leading build-to-rent client to find a Leasing Associate for their flagship development in Wembley Park - one of the UK's largest and most exciting residential communities.

If you're passionate about sales, love showing off a great product, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Proactively contacting and qualifying new customer enquiries
✅ Conducting viewing tours and promoting the development
✅ Negotiating and closing lettings within promotional guidelines
✅ Progressing leases end-to-end with operations and admin teams
✅ Selling ancillary services such as parking, storage and lounge hire
✅ Contributing to leasing events and supporting resident community initiatives
✅ Feeding back on customer responses and market rents

What we're looking for:
