HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you or for our internal business processes, we may share your Personal Information with our suppliers, contractors, third party partners (including any investors we may work with), prospective candidates/clients, and any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

In addition, it may be necessary to disclose your Personal Information if we are under a legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Deverell Smith, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
