The pipeline includes large scale regeneration and prime new build developments that most people in the sector will recognise on sight. Finance sits at the centre of the platform, working directly with development, investment, and the senior leadership team.</p><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">You will own month end across the group and the SPV entities, and run the numbers on live schemes from acquisition through to final account. The role covers cashflow forecasting across the pipeline, shareholder reporting, drawdowns, and covenant tracking. You will produce board packs and investor updates for an international shareholder, and work closely with the development team on cost, appraisal variance, and sales performance.</p><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The right person will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a residential development background. You will know your way around SPV accounting, JV structures, and JCT contracts, and be comfortable operating in an institutional environment with the reporting standards that come with it. Exposure to large scale schemes or institutional capital is a strong plus.</p><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"> </p>

Finance Manager | Residential Developer | £90,000

<p>Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Property Inspections Team Coordinator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the property inspections team.
