Sales Progressor (2-Month Contract) Hertfordshire | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm £28,000-£33,000 pro rata (equivalent day rate) - depending on experience Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office.We are working with a leading developer to recruit a Sales Progressor on a 2-month temporary contract to support during a particularly busy period. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure the building is safe, well maintained, and welcoming for residents.Part Time (20 hours per week). Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will operate within a consultancy environment, providing expert cost advice and commercial management from feasibility through to final account. This role requires proven experience delivering high-rise residential projects, working on complex developments such as £400m+ schemes with 30-storey steel and concrete frame buildings.
