Senior Portfolio ManagerAbout the Role A leading property finance lender is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of a diverse portfolio of residential development and refurbishment loans.This is a senior role within a growing and dynamic business that provides flexible funding to professional developers and investors across the UK. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of construction and project delivery.The OpportunityAs Senior Portfolio Manager, you will manage a team of six portfolio professionals responsible for around 200 live loans, evenly split between residential new build and refurbishment schemes, typically up to £5m build cost.You will act as the technical and commercial lead on construction-related matters, ensuring that all developments progress safely, on time, and within budget.
