<p>Construction Project Manager<br /> Super Prime Private Residence Fit-Out - South West London<br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> About the Role</span></strong><br /><br />We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager  to oversee the fit-out of a 50,000 sq ft super prime residence in South West London. This is a dual-facing role: you will be the day-to-day authority on site managing contractors and trades, while also owning the full project management function - programme, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication - reporting to the Construction Director and Owner throughout.<br /><br />This is not a purely site-based role. Project Manager- Super prime residential

<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Technical Manager - Residential Development</strong><br /><strong>South London | £85,000 - £95,000</strong></p><p class="isSelectedEnd">I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to join a residential developer on a major scheme in South London.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The project is a large-scale RC frame development of around 500 residential units across multiple blocks.
