My client is an established, PE-backed developer with significant institutional backing, currently experiencing rapid growth with ambitious plans to deliver over 1,000 new units annually.<br /> Operating as a fully integrated business - from development through to lettings and management - they're focused on creating high-quality, sustainable homes across the UK. Their growth pipeline includes both forward-funded partnerships with housebuilders and direct land development opportunities.<br /> <br /> <strong>The Role</strong><br /> This is a brand new position for a client-side Project Manager who will oversee active sites spread across the South East region, from Oxford, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, and Windsor .
