PA/Office Manager

<p>I'm looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at a premium residential development in South London.</p><p>This is a varied, hands-on role covering planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across a mixed-tenure scheme. You'll be central to keeping our building running smoothly and our residents happy.</p><p><strong>We're looking for someone who brings:</strong></p><ul><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A strong compliance background with solid knowledge of H&amp;S procedures, PPMs and record-keeping</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent customer service skills - you'll be a visible, approachable presence for residents</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong admin skills to maintain accurate compliance and maintenance logs</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Varied maintenance experience, ideally including plumbing (NVQ Level 2 desirable)</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A background in high-end residential, BTR or student accommodation</li></ul><p>The role is primarily Monday-Friday (40 hrs/week) with occasional weekend working when the business requires.
