The role reports to the Associate Director and covers investment analysis, development appraisals, portfolio valuations and asset management reporting.</p><p dir="ltr">The business is building out its investment and valuations capability as it grows, so this role will help shape how those functions are set up. It suits someone from a real estate, investment or development background who is comfortable working with financial models and wants a hands-on analytical role.
