To start with we wanted to focus on Pay & Benefits and Career Opportunity. 10% of people leave a job purely for salary, yet 30% of people move because of a lack of career prospects. The answers you give us will allow us to help employers bring pay and benefits in line with markets rates and also help to identify sectors of the market that may need to focus on training, education and career planning.
