
As a team assistant you will play a central role in supporting a more senior group of administrative staff in their daily tasks. Think of yourself as a bit of a trouble shooter who will jump in and perform duties as they come up to free up the workload of the wider team.
Duties can vary, but typically include:
Scheduling appointments with clients
Organising internal team meetings
Sorting emails and correspondence as well as prioritising in order of importance
Preparing documents and electronic files
Data recording and management
Compiling notes and memos
Keeping track of project expenses
