Technical Manager - East London Tier 1 Developer Up to £92,000 + Travel &amp; bonus Major Residential Scheme, East London We're hiring a Technical Manager to join a flagship scheme in East London, acting as the Technical &amp; Design Site Lead for a leading Tier 1 residential developer. You'll oversee all technical and design coordination on site, liaising with consultants, resolving design issues, ensuring buildability, and acting as the bridge between site delivery and design intent. This is a hands-on role with influence across delivery, build, and client teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical coordination for live site works Manage design queries, RFIs, and on-site clashes Work closely with project managers, site teams &amp; consultants Review drawings and specifications for buildability Ensure compliance with current regs, standards, and technical detail Represent the developer with clarity, confidence, and technical rigour Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in residential or mixed-use developments Experience being the Technical/Design site lead essential Background with a Developer or Main Contractor Strong on-site presence and a solution-led approach Capable of engaging with stakeholders across build, design, and client teams Technically astute and commercially aware East London-based, Up to £92k + travel package

Technical Manager

The Facilities Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring that the building operates successfully, and it has a considerable impact on the resident journey. The FM oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the building, apartments, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet standards of appearance, safety, and overall functionality by managing maintenance-related tasks.Primary responsibilities include maintenance of the site including overall inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of the apartments and the interior/exterior of the building. You will lead and manage the maintenance team by delegating, supervising, and directing the work of the department. You will ensure that Native meets its statutory obligations when operating the building.You will oversee all resident reported maintenance but also ensures that PPMs are carried out in line with the building's requirements and that any required remedial works are instigated.
