Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days remote)

The Role
The Property Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of its residential and commercial property portfolio. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of service.
You'll work closely with colleagues, tenants, contractors, and suppliers to keep operations running efficiently, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and great customer experiences across all areas of work.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
Provide a high level of customer service to tenants, contractors, and suppliers, resolving queries efficiently.
Manage tenancy administration, including onboarding, renewals, and documentation.
Log and progress maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure all properties remain compliant and accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Oversee inspections, meter readings, and related invoicing.
Manage keys, appointments, and inspection schedules.
Keep up to date with property management best practices and regulations.
Office & Administrative Support
Support the smooth running of the office, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organised working environment.
Conduct regular compliance checks, including fire alarm, lighting, and water testing.
Occasionally support evening events (time off in lieu provided).
About You
Essential Experience & Skills
Experience in a property management, Lettings Coordination, Renewals, Tenancy Progression.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in handling basic financial data and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Understanding of core property management principles.
Ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively.
