Location: St Paul's, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days WFH)
- £26,000 - £30,000 / hourly rate, paid weekly

Our client is launching a new customer portal and needs immediate support to ensure customer data is accurate, consistent, and ready for go-live.

This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role, focused on cleaning and validating customer data across multiple sources, working closely with Property Managers and contacting customers directly where needed.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, works through problems, and completes a defined body of work (c. 1,600 records) without needing close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyse, and cleanse customer data held across spreadsheets and systems - you'll be no stranger to mastering Excel!
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent contact information; you're a stickler for any typos, spelling mistakes, or missed info (e.g. email/phone mismatches)
- Liaise confidently with Property Managers and Facilities Managers to resolve queries.
- Contact customers directly to confirm or update details when required, and managing expectations - a warm phone manner needed.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation.
- Triage varied queries and prioritise effectively.
- Support wider administrative or renewal-related tasks if capacity allows.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet data handling skills.
- Proven experience in data clean-up, validation, or database hygiene.
- Comfortable interpreting messy or incomplete datasets.
- Confident and professional on the phone.
- Able to manage stakeholders who are time-poor.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-driven.
- CRM exposure beneficial but not essential.
- Property experience not required.
