The Opportunity

We're working with a well-established South London Housing Association with a strong reputation in Shared Ownership delivery.

They are looking for an experienced Shared Ownership Sales / Sales Progression professional to take full ownership of an established and consistently active resales and staircasing pipeline.

This is a true end-to-end transaction role, where you will manage cases from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring smooth progression across all stages of the process.

You will not be "supporting" deals; you will own your own caseload and be trusted to run it independently.

The Role

You will:

• Take full ownership of Shared Ownership resales and staircasing cases end-to-end
• Progress transactions from enquiry through to legal completion
• Coordinate solicitors, leaseholders, lenders, valuers, and internal teams
• Manage a steady pipeline of live transactions with competing deadlines
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear communication at every stage
• Support occasional listings or viewings where required

What we're looking for

You will likely have:

• Direct experience in Shared Ownership resales and/or staircasing (essential)
• Strong background in sales progression, conveyancing, or housing association operations
• Confidence managing your own caseload independently from start to finish
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple parties
• A calm, structured approach to managing live transactions
