We're working with a well-regarded consultancy in Birmingham with an active pipeline spanning Build to Rent, student accommodation, and hotel schemes. They're looking for a Project Manager to join the team and take ownership of commissions across the full lifecycle.

The Role

You'll be managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors across a varied residential and mixed-use pipeline. Genuine autonomy, interesting work, and a strong platform to progress.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading project delivery across residential and mixed-use schemes
• Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout
• Overseeing programme, cost, and risk on live commissions
• Coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors
• Preparing and presenting project reports and progress updates
• Contributing to fee bids and business development activity

What They're Looking For

• Solid project management experience within a consultancy environment
• Sector experience across one or more of: Build to Rent, student accommodation, or hotels
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and expectations
• MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent - or actively working towards it
• Based in or able to commute to Birmingham
