This role sits at the centre of that. Less back office. More ownership across arrears, cash collection, and resident level finance.
What you'll be doing
* Owning rent arrears across a live portfolio - working directly with residents and property teams to resolve issues
* Managing aged debt and recovery process including external agencies
* Tracking void costs, utilities and estate charges - making sure spend aligns to tenancy data and budgets
* Acting as the link between finance and operations - supporting accurate reporting on arrears and cash collection
* Reviewing supplier accounts and invoices - ensuring costs are correct, approved and controlled
* Supporting the Property Accountant with day to day finance across the portfolio

* 2+ years experience in credit control or property finance
* Ideally exposure to rent led environments or property portfolios
* Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
* Strong Excel - able to track and manage data across assets
* Yardi exposure useful but not essential
