As Facilities Manager, you will lead the on-site maintenance team across day-to-day operations, planned preventative maintenance, and resident-reported repairs. You'll be the person who keeps everything running - managing statutory compliance, overseeing the quality of our apartments, grounds, amenities, and communal spaces, and ensuring residents feel well looked after at every touchpoint.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, delegating, and supervising the day-to-day maintenance team
• Overseeing inspections, repairs, and upkeep of apartments and communal areas
• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and remedial works
• Ensuring all statutory obligations and compliance requirements are met
• Handling resident-reported maintenance - from first contact to resolution
• Keeping accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activity

What I'm looking for

• Experience in a facilities or maintenance management role
• Strong customer service skills in a resident or customer-facing setting
• Confident communicator - in writing and in person
• Organised, proactive, and able to lead with integrity
• Comfortable with MS Office tools (training provided)
