Move beyond month end.
This is a commercially focused role supporting live residential development schemes from appraisal through to sale. You will partner directly with Development, Construction and Sales teams across a portfolio of c.15 projects - owning forecasts, tracking spend and supporting board level decisions where costs move beyond approved limits.
What you will be doing:
Project accounting across live development schemes
Budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Cashflow tracking at scheme level
Partnering with PMs Surveyors and Sales teams
Supporting appraisal models and board papers
You will need:
ACA or ACCA finalist or qualified
Strong management accounting fundamentals
Confidence working with non finance stakeholders
Property or construction exposure helpful not essential
