Move beyond month end.

This is a commercially focused role supporting live residential development schemes from appraisal through to sale. You will partner directly with Development, Construction and Sales teams across a portfolio of c.15 projects - owning forecasts, tracking spend and supporting board level decisions where costs move beyond approved limits.

What you will be doing:

• Project accounting across live development schemes

• Budgeting forecasting and variance analysis

• Cashflow tracking at scheme level

• Partnering with PMs Surveyors and Sales teams

• Supporting appraisal models and board papers

You will need:

• ACA or ACCA finalist or qualified

• Strong management accounting fundamentals

• Confidence working with non finance stakeholders

• Property or construction exposure helpful not essential
