Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in managing investor and partner relationships, coordinating complex transactions, and ensuring critical information flows seamlessly across projects.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div><strong>External Relationships &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</strong></div><ul><li>Maintain and manage stakeholder and CRM databases (e.g. Pipedrive), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records</li><li>Support engagement with investors, lenders and partners by tracking actions, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of materials</li><li><div>Prepare high-quality briefing notes and meeting packs</div></li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Technical &amp; Development Information Flow</strong></div><ul><li>Coordinate technical inputs across internal and external teams, ensuring information is shared accurately and on time</li><li>Track and manage technical queries, ensuring responses are captured and escalated where needed</li><li>Oversee ongoing reporting and information flows across projects</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Transaction &amp; Dataroom Management</strong></div><ul><li>Maintain organised, accurate data rooms and manage access for partners and investors</li><li>Support Directors in coordinating inputs for Heads of Terms, due diligence and negotiations</li><li>Monitor deliverables across legal, commercial, technical and financial workstreams to keep transactions progressing</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Internal Coordination &amp; Governance</strong></div><ul><li>Maintain trackers, deadlines, and action logs to ensure alignment across teams</li><li>Support senior stakeholders with project summaries and coordination across multiple workstreams</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>About You</strong></div><ul><li>Strong understanding of real estate development, including technical, commercial and financial aspects</li><li>Proven experience managing complex information flows across multiple stakeholders</li><li>Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands</li><li>Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with investors, housing associations, JV partners, consultants and senior stakeholders</li><li>Proactive, structured and solutions-oriented approach</li><li>Able to operate across both technical and commercial disciplines</li></ul>
