The opportunity

A highly regarded London developer with an impressive and growing portfolio of new homes schemes is looking for a talented Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit sales team. This is a genuinely exciting time to come on board, the pipeline for the next 12 months is one of the strongest it has ever been, with a diverse and compelling range of developments coming to market.

The role

You will be selling across the developer's entire portfolio of schemes, a broad mix of stock that appeals to a wide variety of buyers, from city apartments to large-scale mixed-use destinations. Based at the company's head office in Swiss Cottage, you will also attend sites for viewings and launches as required.

The team is small, currently three people and genuinely collaborative. The culture is relaxed and supportive, with a real focus on enjoying the work and doing it well. No Sundays are worked; the very occasional Saturday (roughly once a month) is compensated with a day back in lieu.

The pipeline

The coming year brings an exceptional range of schemes across London from boutique developments of around 170 units, to a landmark 280-unit scheme, through to a truly landmark riverside regeneration project that will ultimately deliver over 1,000 homes in its first phase alone, complete with a stunning marketing suite. A further large-scale North London scheme adds even more variety to an already exceptional portfolio. There is real substance here and a lot to be excited about.

What we're looking for

You will have a solid track record in new homes sales, ideally within a developer or developer-facing environment and the confidence to handle the full sales process independently. You will be personable, polished, and motivated by the quality of what you're selling as much as by the commission on offer.
