About the opportunity
A rapidly growing, international property developer with a strong UK presence is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their London team, based at their head office.
This is a developer with genuine global reach - active across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia - and a growing London landbank that gives this role real substance and variety.
What makes the role exceptional
Rather than working on a single scheme, this role spans the developer's entire London portfolio. With several significant sites launching over the next 12 months - including a 47-acre riverside development - there is an impressive volume and variety of stock to sell.
The team is small, well-established and genuinely collaborative, with a non-corporate environment that's rare at this level.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales across the developer's full London portfolio of new homes
- Conduct viewings across multiple London sites
- Build relationships with UK-based and international buyers, including those from the Middle East and Australia
- Support buyers through the full sales journey from enquiry to exchange
- Represent the brand at the marketing suite and on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within new homes or residential property
- Confident handling sales across multiple sites or developments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international buyer base
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Experience in or appetite for working with international buyers is advantageous
Rewards and benefits
- £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
- OTE £75,000 - £100,000
- No Sundays - approximately one Saturday per month with a day off in lieu
- Work across one of London's most substantial and varied new homes portfolios
- Access to a global developer with an international buyer network
We are an equal opportunities recruiter, valuing diversity and inclusion and welcoming applications from all suitably qualified individuals, regardless of background.
