The Company

Our client is a well-established and highly respected London and Home Counties house builder with over 60 years of heritage. Operating from their Enfield head office, they have a strong portfolio of active developments across the capital and surrounding regions, with a genuine commitment to building quality homes that are accessible and fairly priced.

Known for their customer centric culture and long-standing reputation for integrity, this is a business that takes pride in doing things properly - from site acquisition and construction through to sales and aftercare. The Sales team operates at pace, and this role sits at the heart of that function.

We're looking for someone who has strong experience in a sales admin or data heavy administrative role, is confident working with large datasets and multiple systems, takes real ownership of accuracy, and can work independently to a consistently high standard.

  • Liaise with site sales teams to collect and verify accurate information
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, pricing, and plot status
  • Monitor and manage the shared inbox, responding to internal and external enquiries
  • Process cancellations and refunds
  • Invoice checks and approvals - log and track all financial actions ensuring compliance

PA Support to Sales Director - Secondary Focus (c.30%)

  • Manage diary, meetings, and scheduling for the Sales Director
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Coordinate internal communications on behalf of the Sales Director
  • Handle complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Manage document approvals (DocuSign), invoices, and expenses for the sales team

  • Demonstrable experience in a Sales Administration or data heavy administrative role
  • Confident working with large datasets and multiple systems simultaneously

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across multiple departments and teams

Desirable

  • Previous experience within house building, new homes, or property sales
  • Experience using a CRM or property sales management system
  • Experience generating reports and documentation directly from system data

Personal Attributes

  • Highly methodical with a detail-driven, process-oriented approach
  • Takes genuine ownership and accountability for accuracy
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to work independently with confidence
  • Calm and reliable under pressure in a fast-paced environment
