We're looking for a Lettings Administrator to join a team at a BTR Leeds development, supporting the full lettings journey from first enquiry to move-in and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

→ Conducting viewings and converting enquiries into lettings

→ Managing resident applications, referencing and onboarding

→ Building a real community through events and day-to-day resident care

→ Keeping our listings fresh across Rightmove, Zoopla and more

→ Supporting the team with property upkeep, inspections and compliance

What we're looking for:

✔ Experience in lettings, property or a related customer-facing role

✔ Strong sales instincts and a natural way with people

✔ Excellent organisation and communication skills

✔ A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to go above and beyond

ARLA qualification and Yardi experience are a bonus, but not essential.
