Sales Executive | New Homes | Bristol £30,000 - £34,000 + £24,000 commission
We're working exclusively with a highly regarded, privately owned housebuilder on an exciting opportunity based in Bristol. This developer has a strong reputation for quality and customer experience, and are gearing up for a significant new site launch in the area later this year.
They're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team now, with the role initially based at an established Bristol development before moving to a brand new site on launch.
The role
You'll be the face of the development - managing the full customer journey from first enquiry through to key handover. Day to day you'll be securing reservations, exchanges and completions against monthly targets, qualifying leads, managing paperwork and AML compliance, conducting home demonstrations, and working closely with the construction team to ensure a smooth handover experience.
What we're looking for
- Proven new build / new homes sales experience
- Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and mortgage milestones
- Track record of hitting reservations and sales targets
- Confident with CRM systems and comfortable working independently on site
- Professional, personable and passionate about delivering a great customer experience
