This is a strong move for a qualified accountant who wants to get closer to institutional real estate, investor reporting and operational living assets.
The role is with one of the leading operators across BTR, mixed use and living assets in the UK. The business manages c.£3bn of mixed use and living assets, including a BTR portfolio producing around £175m of stabilised annual rent roll, alongside 900,000 sq ft of commercial space and public realm.
This is not a single asset reporting role. It is a proper operating platform, sitting across property operations, client reporting and institutional real estate.
You would be joining the client reporting team, producing financial reporting for large institutional investors and helping explain how the assets are actually performing.
The role covers:
- Investor and client reporting across a large living sector portfolio
* Monthly financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and variance analysis
* Working closely with clients, operational teams and the wider finance function
* Responding to investor queries and explaining financial performance clearly
* Audit support, controls and reporting accuracy
* Improving reporting processes and identifying opportunities to streamline how finance works
You will suit this if you are ACA or ACCA qualified with strong reporting experience and the confidence to work with both finance and non finance stakeholders.
Property experience would be helpful, but the key requirement is someone who can produce accurate reporting, understand the numbers properly, and communicate clearly with institutional clients.
Why it is worth considering:
- Exposure to c.£3bn of living and mixed use assets
* Investor reporting across a sizeable operational real estate platform
* BTR, mixed use, commercial and public realm exposure
* Strong resident ratings and a recognised reputation in the living sector
* Certified B Corp business with a clear focus on community, service and performance
* A role that sits close to how assets perform, not just month end reporting
This would suit someone who wants to build deeper living sector exposure, work across a sizeable platform, and move closer to investor grade reporting within operational real estate.
