The Role
You'll take ownership of a patch of residential developments across Acton, Southall, and Northolt, delivering both shared ownership and private sale units.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility position suited to someone confident working independently across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new homes sales across multiple developments
- Drive performance across shared ownership and private sale
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to completion
- Work closely with marketing teams to maximise lead conversion
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline management
- Ensure show homes and marketing suites are always presentation-ready
- Support launch activity and campaign delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in new homes sales (Senior Sales Advisor level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of shared ownership
- Ability to manage multiple sites independently
- Confident running the full sales cycle with minimal supervision
- Highly organised, driven, and commercially aware
- Ready to hit the ground running
Package
- £120 - £127 per day (+ holiday pay)
- Equivalent to £31,000 - £33,000 basic
- £4,000 performance bonus (OTE)
- Rolling contract with strong potential to extend
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday + regular Saturday working (essential)
- Time off in lieu for weekends
- Hybrid model:
- On-site across developments
- Remote working
- 1-2 office days (typically Mondays)
