We're hiring a Facilities Manager to join our operational management team and play a central role in how the residential buildings look, feel, and function every day.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility - you'll manage a maintenance team, oversee compliance, and be the person residents rely on for a safe, well-maintained home.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, delegating, and supervising the day-to-day maintenance team
• Overseeing inspections, repairs, and upkeep of apartments and communal areas
• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and remedial works
• Ensuring all statutory obligations and compliance requirements are met
• Handling resident-reported maintenance - from first contact to resolution
• Keeping accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activity

What we're looking for

• Experience in a facilities or maintenance management role
• Strong customer service skills in a resident or customer-facing setting
• Confident communicator - in writing and in person
• Organised, proactive, and able to lead with integrity
• Comfortable with MS Office tools (training provided)
