An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer's Agent to join a growing Leisure team based in Birmingham for a multidisciplinary consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience within the leisure and hospitality sector and will have either achieved their APC or be working towards completion. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel nationwide, with access to your own transport.

This role requires someone with the drive to deliver a high-quality professional service, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a proactive problem solver, capable of delivering innovative solutions, while also being an effective team player who can manage priorities and workload with minimal supervision.

You will play a key role in delivering new build, conversion, and refurbishment projects, managing multiple schemes from inception through to completion. Responsibilities will include coordinating feasibility studies (site surveys, investigations, and viability assessments), overseeing project finances, and acting as a key point of contact for clients and project teams.

You will also be responsible for contract administration, monitoring site progress, managing cost variance and cash flow, and ensuring applications and payments are handled accurately and on time. A key part of the role will involve negotiating and agreeing final accounts, as well as ensuring successful and timely project completion.
