Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Internal Fit-Out Manager to oversee internal works on a student accommodation project.

You will manage the fit-out of modular units from installation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on programme, to a high standard, and in line with Health & Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal fit-out works from module installation to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors across drylining, MEP, joinery, and finishes
• Ensure quality control, snagging, and de-snagging processes are completed
• Monitor progress and report to senior management
• Resolve design, sequencing, and interface issues
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Lead site coordination meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience in fit-out or internal packages delivery
• Background in residential or student accommodation projects
• Understanding of modular construction (desirable)
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Ability to read drawings and manage programme
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required
