Details on the position:

- Lettings Valuer title

- Basic Salary circa £25,000 - £30,000

- Commission paid upon all Lettings business within the office

- OTE in the region of £60,000 - £70,000

- Monday to Friday working pattern

- Emphasis on working strategically with existing client base

Requirements for the position:

- 3+ years Lettings experience

- The ability to operate in a highly transactional market

- A hunger to succeed

- ARLA qualifications ideally

- Valuation experience
