An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a leading developer on one of London's most high-profile riverside developments in Greenwich.
We are looking for a polished, proactive and commercially driven individual who is confident selling a premium product and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The scheme offers high-end amenities and a strong lifestyle-led proposition, so this role would suit someone who genuinely believes in the value of luxury living and can confidently sell at higher price points.
The Role
Selling luxury new homes on a landmark riverside development
Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange
Delivering a consultative and professional sales approach
Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team
What We're Looking For
Minimum two year previous New Homes sales experience essential
Well-presented, switched on and highly motivated
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experienced selling premium homes in a competitive London market
Hours
5 days per week
Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 6pm
1 in 2 Saturdays: 10am - 5pm
No Sunday working
