We're working exclusively with a fast-growing residential property organisation on a Building Safety Facilities Manager role.

It's a 6-month fixed-term contract but with potential to go permanent as the business scales significantly later this year.

What they need: ✅ Strong FM or property management background - someone who understands how residential buildings actually operate ✅ Hands-on contractor and consultant management experience ✅ Working knowledge of building safety compliance and the Building Safety Act 2022 (formal qualification not required, but solid grounding essential)

The role itself is a brilliant mix - site visits, audit management, action plan delivery, regulator liaison, and strategic input at senior level. You'll be working across a high-rise BTR/PBSA portfolio during an active period of building safety regulatory engagement.

The ideal profile isn't a box-ticker. It's someone with strong project/programme management instincts who can independently own and drive workstreams, collaborate with site teams, and hold partners to account.
