Requirements
* Degree qualified, ideally within a construction-related discipline
* Experience delivering large-scale fit out or refurbishment projects
* Sector exposure across retail, commercial office, hospitality, hotels or restaurants
* Consultancy experience preferred
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Commercially minded with strong problem-solving capability
* Positive, proactive and delivery-focused approach
