Senior Sales Negotiator

The Role

You will be working within a dynamic residential sales team, managing your own pipeline of buyers and vendors across the Chiswick market. You will be expected to conduct valuations, negotiate offers, and play an active role in driving the office forward - combining strong individual performance with a collaborative team ethos.

What You'll Be Doing

Winning and progressing sales instructions from valuation through to exchange and completion. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with buyers, vendors, and applicants. Conducting market appraisals and delivering compelling, well-informed pitches. Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to a positive office culture.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record in residential property sales, ideally within West or South West London. Strong local market knowledge and an instinct for matching buyers to properties. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a polished, professional manner. Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

What's On Offer

• Basic salary: £25,000 (Senior Sales Negotiator) or £30,000 (Assistant Manager, dependent on experience)
• Commission: 10% up to £200,000 GCI, rising to 20% thereafter
• Car allowance: £300 per month
• Mobile phone allowance
• Parking provided
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays
• 21 days annual leave plus your birthday off
• Office closes between Christmas and New Year (3 days from your annual leave allowance)
