Project Manager

We are looking for an commercially driven Project Manager to join a fast-paced and growing team delivering high-end retail, leisure, and hospitality projects across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion. You will lead multiple store rollout and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard.

The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, overseeing budgets, programmes, contractor management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery across a range of fast-moving environments. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects exceed expectations while maintaining quality, compliance, and commercial performance throughout.

Key responsibilities will include leading new store openings and refurbishment programmes, managing project budgets and timelines, overseeing feasibility studies and risk analysis for new sites, coordinating external consultants and contractors, and ensuring all works are compliant with statutory legislation and health & safety requirements.

You will also be responsible for value engineering across projects, negotiating schedules and contracts for M&E and FF&E packages, producing cost forecasts and client updates, leading site meetings, and ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders.

This role requires someone with a strong technical understanding of retail fit-out and construction delivery, particularly across M&E, FF&E, compliance, and value engineering. The ability to confidently challenge suppliers and contractors while maintaining strong working relationships is essential.

We are looking for someone with at least five years' experience delivering retail, leisure, or hospitality projects, ideally within client-side project management, consultancy, or contractor environments. Experience managing high-end retail fit-outs across the UK is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced environments and committed to delivering exceptional results for clients.

A clean UK driving licence is required, alongside flexibility to travel extensively across the UK.
