The Role
- Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
- Driving sales and achieving plot targets
- Selling extras and upgrades to maximise revenue
- Working closely with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and the wider site team
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the local market and development
About You
- Strong sales ability and a target-driven mindset
- New homes or construction experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced site environment
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Motivated, resilient, and ready to get stuck in immediately
