Legal Services - Property & Conveyancing

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing, nationally recognised legal services firm. You will take the lead on identifying and securing new introducer and referral partnerships - with a strong focus on the property and conveyancing market.

You will be the external face of the business, pitching confidently to estate agents, board-level stakeholders, and senior decision-makers, building the strategic relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth.

The role

• Identify, target, and secure new introducer relationships - estate agents, brokers, financial advisers, and property partners
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and tender submissions to board-level and senior stakeholders
• Manage the onboarding and development of newly secured partners, maximising engagement during the critical first three months
• Conduct regular in-person visits to introducer offices and key partner locations to strengthen and grow relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform commercial strategy
• Collaborate with internal legal, sales, and operations teams to maximise conversion and service delivery
• Provide accurate weekly pipeline updates and monthly revenue reporting to the senior leadership team
• Contribute to the wider business development strategy, identifying new market positioning and growth levers
