Property Operations Manager (Luxury Residential)

£40-£50k | Mayfair / Hybrid

It's a small setup and growing fast - which means real responsibility, variety, and visibility from day one.

• Direct exposure to prime London property (Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Paddington)

• Work closely with a well-connected, hands-on manager

• No micromanagement - you'll be trusted to take control

• Proper variety: property operations, client support, site visits

• Clear growth as the portfolio scales

What you'll be doing (day-to-day):

• Managing property operations, admin, and reporting

• Handling invoicing, quotes, and reconciliations

• Carrying out property inspections (reports, photos, uploads)

• Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and suppliers

• Supporting high-end clients and ad hoc requests

• Keeping everything organised, accurate, and moving

Requirements:

• Experience in property management, property operations, or residential services

• Strong admin and financial accuracy (invoicing, tracking, reporting)

• Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment

• Professional and discreet with high-end clients

• Happy being out on site as well as home based

This isn't a big corporate team with structure already in place. Your input will form a crucial part of how the company scales and you'll be relied on, trusted, and given real ownership.

Package:

• £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

• Mayfair base / site visits / remote working
