An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join a market-leading housebuilder on a temporary to permanent basis in Bury St Edmunds.

You will be based on a busy development, guiding customers through the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.
The Role
- Managing all incoming enquiries and bookings
- Conducting show home and development tours
- Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers
- Progressing reservations through to exchange and completion
- Maintaining the presentation of the sales area and show homes
- Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams
- Achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within new homes sales, estate agency, or a target-driven sales environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, polished, and motivated approach
- Ability to work weekends
- Passion for property and delivering a premium customer journey
