We're recruiting for a Resident Services Coordinator to join a growing and highly respected residential property team in Manchester. The Opportunity
This is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same. Acting as a key point of contact for residents, you'll help deliver a seamless customer experience while gaining valuable exposure to compliance, lettings coordination, resident engagement, and operational property management.
You'll work closely with experienced property professionals and gain hands-on experience across residential operations - making this an excellent stepping stone into a wider career in property management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing resident enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating resident move-outs and deposit return processes
- Supporting compliance administration including Right to Rent checks
- Assisting with inspections, appointments, and contractor coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems
- Supporting resident communication and service delivery
- Occasionally visiting residential developments to support on-site operations and resident relationships
- Working alongside experienced Resident Services Managers and wider operational teams
