Project Manager - Commercial fit out and new build!
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Project Manager to join a leading construction and property consultancy, delivering prestigious fit out and refurbishment projects across the commercial office, luxury hospitality, and high-end restaurant sectors.
This role offers the chance to work on landmark developments from concept through to completion, partnering with globally recognised brands, operators, investors, and developers on some of the industry's most exciting schemes.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring programme, cost, quality, and risk throughout delivery
- Supporting business growth through exceptional client service and project performance
- Contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile fit out and refurbishment schemes
About You
The successful candidate will be a proactive and commercially aware professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects within fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified, ideally within a construction-related discipline
- Proven experience delivering large-scale fit out and/or refurbishment projects
- Experience within retail, commercial office, hospitality, hotel, or restaurant sectors
- Consultancy experience desirable
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commercially astute with strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive, proactive, and delivery-focused approach
