Senior Sales Negotiator - New Homes
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at a prestigious riverside residential development.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing sales team working on a landmark London development. You will be selling premium riverside apartments at approximately £1,000 per square foot, a sophisticated product with exceptional amenities and an impressive lifestyle offering. You will need to believe in what you're selling and be confident conveying that value to discerning buyers.
Key Details
- Salary: £35,000 basic + commission (£70,000 OTE)
- Hours: 5 days per week, Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00am-5:00pm (no Sunday working)
- Reporting to: Sales Manager
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in New Homes sales - essential
- Comfortable and confident selling high-value, premium property
- Well presented, proactive, hardworking and switched on
- Strong communicator who can articulate a premium product offering, including higher service charges reflective of the development's amenity package
- A genuine belief in the product and the ability to inspire confidence in buyers
