Property Manager - Residential Portfolio

A council-owned regeneration developer in the South East is hiring a Property Manager to join its growing residential team. With property management being brought in-house, this is a great time to join a small, ambitious team making a real difference through regeneration.

The Role

Day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, reporting to the Head of Property Management. Key duties include:

• Tenant liaison and communication
• Rent monitoring and tenancy administration
• Defect management and maintenance coordination

About You

You'll come from a property background - lettings, residential management, block management or housing - and be organised, proactive and people-focused. Just as important is your personality: approachable, down-to-earth and able to hit the ground running in a small team.

The Package

• Up to £30,000
• Hybrid working - 2 days from home
• Flexible hours | 37-hour week
