Job Title: Office Manager Location: Regent Street, West London - (1 Day at Reading office) Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pmSalary: £30K- ££35KJob Description:I'm currently seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join a real estate team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment and supporting our employees. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Employee On boarding and HR:<ul><li>Assist in on boarding new employees.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.</li><li>Handle employee inquiries on HR matters.</li></ul></li><li>Office Management:<ul><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and mail distribution.</li><li>Develop and implement office policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised work space.</li><li>Manage office supply inventory and order as needed.</li><li>Coordinate office equipment purchases and maintenance.</li></ul></li><li>Administrative Support:<ul><li>Coordinate schedules and meetings for executives and team members.</li><li>Answer calls and assist visitors.</li><li>Plan team-building activities and company events.</li><li>Arrange logistics for conferences and off-site events.</li><li>Coordinate employee travel arrangements.</li><li>Assist in developing and managing the office budget.</li></ul></li><li>Health and Safety:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Implement safety measures in the office.</li></ul></li><li>Miscellaneous:<ul><li>Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks.</li><li>Adapt to changing office needs and assist with special projects.</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).</li><li>Knowledge of HR practices and compliance is a plus.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.</li></ul>If this sounds like something you would be interested in and have the necessary experience required, then feel free to apply.
