Resident Services & Admin Assistant

About the Role You'll be the face of our community, delivering outstanding front-of-house service while supporting lettings, events, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Member Experience

  • Lead front-of-house and telephone support, handling daily member queries with a high standard of service
  • Build and maintain strong member relationships, actively seeking feedback to continuously improve
  • Engage members across online platforms and social media, and assist with promoting events and initiatives
  • Support event set-up and clear-down alongside the Events Coordinator

Lettings & Administration

  • Assist with the full lettings journey, from enquiry through to booking, maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Conduct best-in-class viewings and confidently present all products, services, and pricing
  • Prepare and process membership agreements, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with contractors and ensure all visitor sign-in procedures are followed

Financial Support

  • Support financial reporting, price analysis, and credit control monitoring
  • Follow financial controls and use internal booking/finance systems accurately
  • Flag any account issues to the management team promptly
