ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist residents, prospective tenants, and visitors with a professional, friendly manner
Support the leasing process -conducting viewings, handling enquiries, and preparing tenancy documentation
Manage resident queries, maintenance requests, and service issues promptly and professionally
Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, record-keeping, and reporting
Cover extended shift hours (8am-8pm), ensuring consistent service across the full day
Foster a positive community environment and build strong relationships with residents

Experience in leasing or lettings, ideally within a residential setting
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - you genuinely enjoy helping peopleSolid administrative background with good attention to detail
Flexible and reliable - comfortable working extended shifts in a fast-paced environment
