What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across residential sales and lettings, creating a culture of accountability and success.
- Drive valuation activity, win new instructions, and grow market share across the Bradford area.
- Take ownership of branch performance, ensuring sales, revenue, and profitability targets are consistently achieved.
- Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring transactions are managed effectively from instruction through to completion.
- Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training, and clear KPI management.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and local stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to support continued branch growth.
- Ensure operational excellence across the office, maintaining compliance and high service standards at all times.
- Act as a key ambassador for the business within the local property market.
About you
- Proven experience within residential estate agency at Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Negotiator, or Valuer level.
- A strong track record of winning instructions and delivering against sales targets.
- An inspirational leader who can motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
