Reading | Up to £30,000 | Monday to Friday
Are you looking to take the next step in your property career with a business that can offer genuine development, exposure to large-scale residential operations, and clear progression opportunities?
We're working with a highly regarded residential property organisation that is continuing to expand its UK portfolio and is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join its growing team in Reading.

The Opportunity
As a Junior Property Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring residents receive an excellent service while helping to coordinate maintenance and operational activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works across residential properties
- Managing resident enquiries and ensuring maintenance issues are logged and progressed efficiently
- Keeping residents informed with regular updates on repairs and maintenance schedules
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Supporting property inspections and helping prepare homes for new occupancy
- Assisting with void property management and unit turnaround processes
- Working closely with internal teams including lettings, finance, and operations
- Maintaining accurate property records and updating management systems
- Supporting reporting on maintenance performance and operational activity
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and resident experience
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Up to 12 months of experience within property, lettings, estate agency, housing, facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a similar environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confidence communicating with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Good IT and administrative skills

What's on Offer?
- Salary up to £30,000
- Monday to Friday working pattern

- Exposure to a large residential property portfolio
- Opportunity to learn from experienced property professionals
- Long-term career progression within property management
